Roasted Beef Chuck Sandwich
2 lbs (907g) Beef Chuck 1 1/3 Cup Beef Broth 1 Small Onion 2 Garlic Cloves 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil 2 Tsp Italian Seasoning Sliced Muenster Cheese With Jalapeño 1 French Bread Roll 6 Peperoncini Salt PREPARATIONS: 1- Slice the onion. DIRECTIONS: 1- Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden. 2- Stir in garlic cloves. 3- Transfer the beef chuck to the fried onion pot. 4- Garnish with italian seasoning and salt. 5- Pour in beef broth to the pot. (Add some water if the broth doesn't cover the beef). 6- Add some 6 Peperoncini or more to the pot. 7- Cover the pot with a lid, Simmer the beef for 3 hours over medium heat. 8- Shred the beef along with peperoncini, garlic and onions. 9- Place few tablespoon of the mixture over a sliced french bread roll. 10- Cover the beef with a layer of sliced muenster cheese with jalapeño. 11- Preheat oven to 350º F (177º C), cook the sandwich for 10 to 15 minutes.
