Salmon Fillet
1lb (545g) Salmon Pineapple 1 oz (28g) Dill 4 oz (113g) Unsalted Butter 2 Garlic Cloves 1 Lemon Salt & Pepper Preparations: 1- slice the pineapple. 2- Mince the dill Directions: 1- Cover a pan with aluminum foil and lay down the sliced pineapples. 2- Cover the pineapples with a layer of minced dill. 3- Lay the salmon fillet over the pineapples. 4- Melt the butter in a pot. 5- Mash garlic cloves and squeeze a fresh lemon into the pot. 6- Stir well and pour the mixture over the salmon. 7- Top with another layer of dill and garnish with salt & pepper, and another layer of sliced pineapples. 8- Wrap and seal the aluminum foil. 9- Preheat the oven to 400º F (204º C), cook the salmon for 15 to 20 minutes and serve.
