Potato Cabbage Salad
2 lbs (907g) Russet Potatoes 12 oz (340g) Cabbage 2 oz (57g) Cilantro 1 oz (28g) Green Onions 1 oz (28g) Dill 3 Tbsp Plain Yogurt 3 Tbsp Sour Cream 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise 3 Pearl Onions White Pepper Powder Salt Preparations: 1- Peel the potatoes. 2- Mince the cilantro, green onions, cabbage, dill and pearl onions. Directions: 1- Transfer the potatoes onto a pot. Add salt and enough water to cover the potatoes. 2- Cover the pot and over medium heat boil for about 20 minutes. 3- Allow the potatoes to cool down and dice. 4- Combine all the potatoes with minced cilantro, green onions, cabbage, dill and pearl onions in a large bowl. 5- Garnish with salt and white pepper powder. 6- Add mayonnaise, sour cream, and plain yogurt and stir well.
