1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour 2 oz (57g) Sugar 1/3 Cup Olive Oil 3.5 oz (100g) Walnuts Honey 1 Tsp Baking Powder Salt Preparations: None. Directions: 1- Dissolve sugar in half a cup warm water in a large bowl. 2- Stir in Olive oil. 3- Combine flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt and gradually stir in the mixture. 4- Knead the batter. 5- Cover the batter with plastic wrap and allow to sit for 15 minutes. 6- Roll the batter out on a greased (olive oil) pizza pan. 7- Add the walnuts on top. 8- Preheat oven to 400º F (204º C), bake for 20 to 30 minutes. 9- Remove the Gata from oven, allow to cool down and cover with as much as honey you would prefer.
