Tuna Tarragon Salad

6 oz (170g) Tuna (in water) 8 oz (227g) Pasta Shells 3.5 oz (100g) Penne Pasta 1 oz (28g) Spinach Tagliatelle 3 oz (85g) Celery 2 Tbsp Relish 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp Sour Cream Dried Tarragon Leaves Olive Oil Salt, white pepper powder Preparations: 1- Slice the celeries. Directions: 1- Bring the water to a boil. 2- Stir in salt and add the pastas (shells, penne and spinach tagliatelle). 3- Boil over medium heat until tender. 4- Rinse the pastas and transfer onto a large bowl. 5- Add olive oil, celery, dried tarragon leaves, salt and white pepper powder, relish, tuna, mayonnaise, and sour cream. 6- Mix and serve.
