4 Cloves 1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp Cumin 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper 1/8 Tsp Nutmeg 1/8 Tsp Ground Cinnamon 1/8 Tsp Dried Fenugreek 1/2 Tsp Dried Tarragon 1/2 Tsp Dried Savory PREPARATIONS: 1- Grate the nutmeg. DIRECTIONS: 1- Grind cloves, Coriander seeds, cumin, and black pepper in a grinder. 2- Add nutmeg, ground cinnamon, dried fenugreek, dried tarragon, and dried savory and continue grinding.
