"Persian saffron and sesame candy"

1/4 Tsp Saffron 1 Cup Sugar 1/4 Cup White Vinegar 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds PREPARATIONS: 1- Soak 1/4 Tsp of saffron for 20 minutes. 2- Boil 1/2 cups of water. DIRECTIONS: 1- Mix 1 cup sugar with 1/2 cup boiling water, 1/4 cup of white vinegar and the saffron in a pot. 2- Heat the pot over medium heat, stir occasionally. 3- Add 1 tbsp of sesame seeds to the pot and stir well. 4- Continue simmering until the mixture changes color and becomes darker. 5- Turn the heat off and let the mixture cool down. 6- Drop a spoon size mixture onto a nonstick baking matte or aluminum foil sheet. 7- Allow few minutes for the candies to get hard.
