BUTTER PANCAKE

3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 1 Egg 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tsp Salt 1 1/4 Cup Milk 3 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder 1 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour Preparations: None. Directions: 1- Beat the unsalted butter and egg until stiff. 2- Add sugar, salt and milk and continue blending. 3- Add baking powder and flour, stir thoroughly until well mixed. 4- Use a nonstick frying pan and grease with vegetable oil (cooking spray). 5- Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the batter into the heated pan (as much as prefer). 6- Leave until bubbles break the surface, flip with a spatula and continue cooking for one more minutes.
