FISH PATTIES
1 lb (454g) Tilapia Fillet 1/4 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs 1 Cup Bread Crumbs 1 Egg 1 Small Onion 2 Garlic Cloves 1 Tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning 4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Turmeric, Caraway Seed, Salt PREPARATIONS: 1- Grate the onion. 2- Grind the tilapia fillet in a grinder. DIRECTIONS: 1- Transfer grated onion to a bowl. 2- Mash garlic cloves into the bowl. 3- Stir in egg, lemon pepper seasoning, turmeric and caraway seeds. 4- Add ground tilapia to the bowl and stir thoroughly until all the ingredients are well mixed. 5- Stir in Italian bread crumbs (add more if needed). 6- Add a pinch of salt or as much as you preferred. 7- Make any size patties you would like. 8- Fry the patties in vegetable oil. 9- Remove the patties and place on napkin to absorb the excessive oil.
