1 Zucchini 2 Cups Plain Yorgurt 5 oz (142g) Dill 1/2 Lime 1 Garlic Clove Salt, Cumin, White Pepper Powder PREPARATIONS: 1- Skin and dice the zucchini. 2- Mince the dill. DIRECTIONS: 1- Mash a garlic clove into a bowl. 2- Add diced zucchinis to the bowl. 3- Stir in minced dill. 4- Pour in salt, cumin, and white pepper powder. 5- Squeeze half a fresh lime. 6- Mix in plain yogurt and stir thoroughly.
