8 oz (227g) Kale 1 Pomegranate 1 Apple 1 oz (28g) Shredded Parmesan Cheese 2 oz (57g) Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese 1 Lemon Olive Oil Salt Preparations: 1- Mince the kale. 2- Slice the apple. 3- Seed the pomegranate. Directions: 1- Combine kale, apple, pomegranate seeds, parmesan and pepper jack cheese in a large bowl. 2- Garnish with olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and salt.
