CRANBERRY SAUCE
12 oz (340g) Cranberries 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar 1 Fresh Orange 1 Fresh Orange zest PREPARATIONS: 1- Wash the cranberries. 2- Zest an orange. DIRECTIONS: 1- Place the cranberries into a small pot. 2- Add brown sugar. 3- Squeeze a fresh orange over the cranberries. 4- Add the orange zest to the pot. 5- Add 2/3 cup of boiling water and stir well. 6- Boil the cranberries over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until it resembles the one in shown in the video.
