CAKE POPS
Red Velvet Cake or Chocolate Cake or Sponge Cake (Approx. 1 lb / 454g) Buttercream Frosting White Melting Chocolate (Approx. 4 oz / 113g) Dark Melting Chocolate (Approx. 4 oz / 113g) Edible Cake Glitter / Sprinkles Lollipop Sticks PREPARATIONS: 1- Crumble the cake. DIRECTIONS: 1- Transfer the crumbled cake to a large bowl. 2- Gradually add buttercream frosting until the cake sticks together. 3- Make one scope sized ball shapes out of the batter. 4- Melt the chocolate in a microwave. 5- Dip the lollipop sticks in the melted chocolate and stick into the cake balls. 6- Set the cake pops aside for 10 minutes until the chocolates cool down and glue the sticks to the cake. Re-melt the chocolates before the next step. 7- Dip the cake pops in the melted chocolate and before the chocolate cools down, sprinkle the surface with edible cake glitter or sprinkles of your choice. 8- Before serving, allow the cake pops to cool down thoroughly. (Refrigerate if needed).
