1 lb (454g) Beef Liver 1 Tbsp All Purpose Flour 1 Onion 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Paprika, Black Pepper Powder, Salt PREPARATIONS: 1- Slice the onion. 2- Chop the beef liver as preferred. DIRECTIONS: 1- Fry the onions in a pot until golden. 2- In a bowl, Combine flour, paprika, and black pepper powder and stir until well mixed. 3- Place the livers in the bowl and rub with the mixture. 4- Add the livers to the onion pot and stir. 5- Fry the livers for 5 to 7 minutes, stir occasionally. 6- Add salt in the end, stir for a minute.
