Squash Hummus
1 Butternut Squash 1 Tbsp Tahini (Sesame) Paste 1 Lime 1/4 Cup Olive Oil Paprika Salt, Black Pepper Preparations: 1- Cut the squash in half length wise and empty the guts. Directions: 1- Preheat oven to 375º F (190º C), bake the squash for 45 minutes. 2- Remove from oven and allow to cool down. 3- Scoop out the squash and transfer into a mixer/glender. 4- Add tahini and garnish with salt, black pepper, paprika and squeeze a fresh lime on top. 5- Blend the ingredients together for few minutes. 6- Add olive oil and continue blending until mixed thoroughly.
