1.5 oz (42g) Lime Jello 1 1/2 Tsp Unflavored Jello 2 Egg Whites 1 Cup Sugar 1/4 Tsp Cream Of Tartar Powdered Sugar (Confectioner's Sugar) 1/2 Lemon Preparations: 1- Juice half of the lemon. Directions: 1- Dissolve lime jello in 1.5 oz (44ml) boiling water (3 Tbsp). Set the mixture aside. 2- In a saucepan, Combine 1/4 Cup water with unflavored jello, string. 3- Over medium-high heat, bring the mixture to the boil while stirring. 4- Pour in the sugar and stir until dissolved. 5- Continue simmering (medium-high heat) for 2 more minutes. 6- Meanwhile, beat egg whites until stiff. 7- Stir in cream of tartar. 8- Stir in the lemon juice and the lime jello mixture. 9- Mix in the sugar/jello mixture. 10- Continue whisking for 5 to 8 minutes until it becomes a thick creamy mixture resembling the one in the video. 11- Cover the table or working surface with plastic wrap. Using pastry decorating tool of your choice, transfer/shape the mixture over the plastic wrap. 12- Allow the marshmallows to sit for half and hour. 13- Generously dust the marshmallows with confectioners sugar. 14- Allow the marshmallows to sit for another 30 minutes.
