Tortilla Chips 15 oz (425g) Pre-Cooked or Canned Red Beans 1 oz (28g) Cilantro 2 oz (57g) Pitted Black Olives 4 oz (113g) Cheese Blend Mexican Style Cheddar Monterey Jack Asadero Blanco 1 Tomato 4 oz (113g) Green Onions 2 Canned Jalapeños 1 Small (2 oz / 57g) Bell Pepper 1 Avocado 2 Tbsp Sour Cream Preparations: 1- Dice the tomato, green onions, jalapeños, Bell pepper, olives, and avocado. 2- Mince the cilantro. Directions: 1- Lay the chips over a pan. 2- Add a layer of red beans, tomatoes, green onions, jalapeños, bell pepper, olives, avocado, and minced cilantro. 3- Top the ingredients with the cheese blend. 4- Preheat oven to 350º F (177º C), broil the nachos for 8 to 10 minutes. 5- Serve with sour cream.
