1 Pumpkin 1/2 Fresh Lime Turmeric Ground Chili Pepper Salt PREPARATIONS: 1- Cut the pumpkin and spoon out the brain/seeds out into a small bowl. 2- Wash the brain and separate the seeds. 3- Shake and strain the seeds thoroughly. DIRECTIONS: 1- Place the pumpkin seeds in a pot. 2- Add turmeric, ground chili pepper, salt. 3- Squeeze half of a fresh lime into the pot. 4- Add enough boiling water to cover up the seeds and stir. 5- Boil the pot for 10 minutes. 6- Heat a frying pan over medium heat. 7- Using a strainer, Transfer the seeds from the pot into the pan, keep stirring. 8- Continue the heat while constantly stirring until the seeds are completely grilled and dry. Keep the seeds in a room temperature for a few days before serving.
