1 Cup Chickpeas Flour Fine 1 Jalapeno or Chili Pepper 0.5 oz (14g) Cilantro 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder 1 Onion Vegetable Oil Salt, Turmeric Preparations: 1- Mince the cilantro. 2- Dice the chili pepper. 3- Slice/ring the onion. Directions: 1- Combine chickpeas flour, chili powder, salt, turmeric, minced cilantro, baking powder, and jalapeno or chili pepper. 2- Add 1/2 Cup water and stir until all the ingredients well mixed. 3- Allow the batter to sit for 20 minutes. 4- Preheat vegetable oil before frying. 5a- Deep fry the batter. 5b- Coat the onion rings with the batter and deep fry.
