
PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM PIZZA
2 Portobello Mushrooms
2 oz (57g) Baby Spinach
2 oz (57g) Cream Cheese
2 oz (57g) Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
4 Artichoke Hearts (1/2 Can)
1 Garlic Clove
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Italian Seasoning
Salt, Black Pepper
Preparations:
1- Hollow out the mushrooms gills.
2- Slice the artichoke hearts.
Directions:
1- Mash a fresh garlic into a pot, add olive oil and fry the garlics for 2 minutes.
2- Stir in baby spinach and continue (Medium) heat for 2 more minutes.
3- Add salt and pepper. Turn off the heat and set aside.
4- Spread a layer of cream cheese over the mushrooms.
5- Top with a layer of fried spinach and artichoke hears.
6- Garnish with Italian seasoning.
7- Add parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
8- Preheat oven to 375º F (190º C), bake the portobello mushroom pizzas for 20 minutes.
