Persian Yogurt Dip
1 oz (28g) Musir or 1.5 oz (42g) Shallots 8 oz (227g) Lebni Yogurt Salt, Black Pepper Preprations: 1- (if shallots used) Mince the shallots. Directions: NOTE: if using shallots skip to step 5. 1- Place the musir in a small pot. 2- Add enough water to cover up. 3- Boil the musirs for 3 minutes or so or until tendered. 4- Transfer the musirs to a working surface and mince. 5- Place the minced musir or shallots in a large bowl. 6- Garnish with as much as salt and pepper you would prefer. 7- Add the lebni yogurt and stir thoroughly. 8- Keep the mast o musir (Yogurt dip) in refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours prior to serving.
