3 oz (85 g) Jello 1/2 Cup Boiling Water 3 oz (85 g) Marshmallow PREPARATIONS: 1- Cut Marshmallows in smaller size for best result. DIRECTIONS: 1- In a large bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water, stir until well dissolved. 2- Add marshmallows to the bowl. 3- Microwave for 35 seconds or until marshmallows just begin to puff. 4- Stir until melted marshmallows are completely dissolved in the mixture. 5- Spray or grease a shallow cookie pan with vegetable oil. 6- Pour the mixture onto the pan, and spread across evenly. 7- Keep the pan in a refrigerator for 45 minutes. 8- Remove the pan from refrigerator, detach the jello edges from the pan using a spatula. 9- Roll up the jello. (marshmallows will hold the roll tight) 10- Cut the roll using a cake cutting wire.
