GARLIC FRIES
2 Russet Potatoes (1 Lb) 4 Garlic Cloves Olive Oil Salt, Crushed Mint, Shredded Parmesan Cheese PREPARATIONS: 1- Slice the potatoes. 2- Mince the garlic cloves. DIRECTIONS: 1- Combine the sliced potatoes with salt, crushed mint and shredded parmesan cheese. 2- Add few teaspoons of olive oil, stir thoroughly. 3- Spray a baking pan/bakeware with cooking spray, transfer the potatoes into the bakeware. 4- Preheat the oven to 400º F (204º C), bake the potatoes for about 50 minutes or until golden. 5- Fry the minced garlics with 2 tbsp of olive oil until golden. 6- Remove the potatoes from oven, and add the fried garlics on top.
