1/2 Cup Condensed Milk 4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder 1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Powder 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream Preparations: None. Direction: 1- Combine condensed milk, cocoa powder and red pepper powder. Stir until well mixed. 2- In a large bowl, Whisk heavy whipping cream until it becomes creamy. 3- Fold/Stir in the chocolate mixture to the whipping cream. 4- Keep the mixture in freezer for 6 hours or use a ice cream maker.
