FISH SEASONING

1 Tsp Coriander Seeds 1 Tsp Cumin 1/4 Tsp Ground Chili Pepper 1 Tsp Garlic Powder 1 Tsp Turmeric 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder 1 Tsp Salt PREPARATIONS: 1- Grind coriander seeds, ground chili pepper and cumin. DIRECTIONS: 1- Combined all the ingredients in a pan. 2- Heat the pan over low heat for one minute. Keep stirring while heating. Note: Do not overheat or burn. Fish Recipe!
