VEGGIE EGG ROLL
Egg Roll Skins 10 oz (283g) Cilantro 1 Tomato 1 Avocado 1/2 Onion 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Salt Garlic Dip PREPARATIONS: 1- Mince the cilantro. 2- Dice the onion and tomato. 3- Dice the Avocado. DIRECTIONS: 1- Place the diced onions, tomatoes and avocado in a large bowl. 2- Add avocado and mix. 3- Add few pinches of salt and mix thoroughly. 4- Place a tablespoon or two of the salad on a precut egg roll skin and wrap the egg roll as show in the video. 5- Deep fry the egg rolls until golden. Serve with Garlic Sauce or Sour Cream and Hot sauce.
