12 oz (340g) Potatoes 3.5 oz (100g) Carrots 1 oz (28g) Baby Spinach 1 Egg 2 Tbsp Corn Flour 1 Small Onion Salt, Crushed Red Pepper, Turmeric Olive Oil Preparations: 1- Grate the onion, carrots, and the potatoes. 2- Mince the baby spinach. Directions: 1- Combine the grated onions, carrots, potatoes and spinach in a large bowl. 2- Add an egg, salt, crushed red pepper, turmeric, and corn flour. 3- Stir thoroughly. 4- Fry the hash browns in olive oil.
