8 oz (227g) Kiwi 1 Apple 4 oz (113g) Baby Spinach 1 oz (28g) Walnuts 1 Tsp Dried tarragon 1/4 Cup Olive Oil 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar Salt Sugar Preparations: 1- Peel and slice the kiwis and the apple. 2- Chop or grind the walnuts. Directions: 1- Combine baby spinach with apple, kiwis, and walnuts in a large bowl. 2- Add dried tarragon, salt and sugar. 3- Pour balsamic vinegar and olive oil into the mixture. 4- Stir thoroughly.
