2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 1 Tbsp Flour 1 Cup Milk Salt, White Pepper Powder PREPARATIONS: None. DIRECTIONS: 1- Heat unsalted butter over medium heat until melted. 2- Add flour, stir well until completely dissolved. 3- Add milk gradually while stirring. 4- Add salt and white pepper powder and continue stirring. 5- While stirring, heat the mixture until thickened.
