(White Cheese Dip)
8 oz (227g) White American Cheese 1/2 Cup Half & Half Cream 2 to 4 canned Jalapeños 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg Powder Salt, Black Pepper Preprations: 1- Slice the cheese. 2- Dice the jalapeños. Directions: 1- Heat the half & half cream in a sauce pan for a minute or two over medium heat. (Avoid boiling) 2- While stirring, gradually add the cheese and continue heating until all the cheese is melted in. 3- Add more cream or whole milk to adjust the density. 4- Stir in jalapeños, nutmeg powder, a pinch of salt and black pepper. 5- Serve the dip Immediately before it gets cold.
