Tahini Bread

3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour 1 Cup Sesame Tahini 1/4 Cup Sugar 1/4 Tsp Sugar 1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon 1/2 Tsp Salt 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil 2 Tsp Instant Yeast Sesame Seeds Preparations: None. Directions: DOUGH 1- Combine flour with instant yeast, sugar (1/4 tsp), salt, olive oil, and 1/3 cup water. 2- Knead the dough for 5 to 10 minutes. 3- Grease a small bowl with olive oil, Transfer the dough onto the bowl and cover with a plastic wrap. 4- Keep the dough in a warm temperature for 1 to hours or until doubles in size. FILLING 5- Combine sesame tahini with sugar (1/3 cup), and ground cinnamon. Stir until well mixed. 6- Transfer the dough over a floured working surface. 7- Cut the dough in half. 8- Roll out the dough to a thin circle. 9- Cover the dough with a layer of tahini filling. 10- Roll the dough over the filling. 11- Cut the roll in half. Stretch the dough and roll to create a snail shape. 12- Using the palm of your hand, press the dough down. 13- Grease the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 14- Preheat oven to 400º F (204º C), bake the bread for 15 minutes.
