12 oz (340g) Rotini Pasta 6 oz (170g) Sun-Dried Tomatoes (julienne) 1/2 Cup Catalina Salad Dressing

1 Red Bell Pepper 1 Green Bell Pepper 1 Cucumber Salt Preparations: 1- julienne the bell peppers and cucumber. Directions: 1- Bring mixture of (2 to 3 cups) water and salt to a boil. 2- Stir in the rotini pasta and continue boiling for 7 to 8 minutes. 3- Drain and rinse the pasta few times. 4- Combine rotini, cucumber, and bell peppers in a large bowl. 5- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and top with Catalina salad dressing. 6- Stir well and serve.
