4 oz (113g) Baking Unsweetened Chocolate 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree 6 oz (170g) 3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter 2 oz (58g) 1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour 3 Eggs 2 Eggs 1/2 Cup Sugar 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar 1 Cup Confectioners Sugar 1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1/4 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1/4 Tsp Ground Nutmeg 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon 1/2 Tsp Ginger Powder 1/8 Tsp Ground Cloves 1/8 Tsp Salt 1/8 Tsp Salt 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract Food Color (Optional) Preparations: None. Directions: BATTER: 1- Melt (Microwave) the unsweetened chocolate and 6 oz unsalted butter in a large bowl. 2- Stir in sugar and brown sugar. 3- Add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and 3 eggs into the bowl. 4- Whisk until all the ingredients are well mixed. 5- Stir in a pinch of salt (1/8 tsp). 6- Whisk in 1/2 cup flour. 7- Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and stir/fold until well mixed. 8- Cover a edged bakeware with parchment paper (make sure to cover the edges). 9- Transfer the batter into the bakeware. Spread cover cover evenly. 10- Preheat oven to 350º F (177º C), bake for 30 minutes. TOPPING: 11- Meanwhile, combine 1/4 cup butter, pumpkin puree, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, ginger powder, ground cloves, and a pinch of salt. 12- Whisk in confectioners sugar. 13- Add 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of flour. Whisk until well mixed. 14- Add orange food color if preferred. 15- Stir in 1/4 cup chocolate chips. 16- Remove the brownie from oven. Top with the topping to cover the surface. 17- Place the brownie back to the oven and continue baking for 20 more minutes.
