ONION RINGS
1 Cup All Purpose Flour 1 Small Onion 1 Egg 1/2 Cup Club Soda (Carbonated Water) 2 Garlic Cloves Bread Crumbs Turmeric, Ground Chili Pepper, Dried Basil, Oregano, Dried Parsley, Salt Vegetable Oil PREPARATIONS: 1- Slice the onion and separate rounds into rings. DIRECTIONS: 1- Beat the egg until stiff. 2- Add turmeric, ground chili pepper, dried basil, oregano, and stir. 3- Mash garlic cloves into the mixture. 4- Add flour gradually. 5- Pour club soda into the mixture and stir thoroughly. 6- In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, dried parsley (approx. 1 tbsp), turmeric, and salt and mix well. 7- Dip the onion rings into the batter (egg mixture), shake the rings and transfer them into the bread crumbs mixture, roll in the rings into the bread crumbs to entirely cover the onion ring. 8- Dip fry the onion in vegetable oil.
