DIRECTIONS: 1- Beat 2 eggs in a large bowl until stiff. 2- Add Sugar and plain yogurt and continue whisking until well combined. 3- Add few drops of Vanilla Extract (1/8 Tsp) and vegetable oil, stir. 4- In a small bowl, Combine a cup of flour with baking soda and baking powder and mix and add to the egg/yogurt bowl. 5- Brush a small bakeware with vegetable oil. 6- Transfer 3/4 of the batter into the bakeware. 7- Add a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the remaining of the batter, and whisk until well combined. 8- Add the cocoa batter on top of cake batter. 9- Preheat oven to 350º F (176º C), and bake the cake for 40 minutes. 10- Allow to cool down for 10 minutes before serving.
