LAMB KIDNEY RECIPE
1 lb (454g) Lamb Kidney 1 Onion 1 Bell Pepper 1 Garlic Clove 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Curry Seasoning (Advieh) Turmeric, White Pepper, Salt PREPARATIONS: 1- Dice the onion and the bell pepper. 2- Wash the kidneys thoroughly, cut off the ureter and peel off the fine skin. 3- Slice the kidneys to preferred size. DIRECTIONS: 1- Fry the diced onion with vegetable oil until golden. 2- Mash a garlic clove into the pot. 3- Stir in turmeric, curry seasoning, white pepper and dice bell pepper. 4- Continue frying the ingredients for about 5 more minutes. 5- Stir in the slice kidneys and continue the heat for 5 more minutes. 6- Sprinkle a pinch of salt and stir. 7- Cover the pot with a lid (leave the lid ajar for the steam to escape). 8- Simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat.
