Cranberry Brie Cheese Dip
12 oz (340g) Cranberries 13.4 oz (380g) Brie Cheese Orange Zest (1 orange) 1 Orange 1/4 Cup Pecans 3 Tbsp Orange Marmalade Preparations: 1- Chop the pecans. Directions: 1- Combine cranberries and orange zest together. 2- Squeeze a fresh orange on top and stir thoroughly. 3- Transfer the cranberries to a bakeware. 4- Preheat oven to 370º F (190º C), cook the cranberries for 15 to 20 minutes. 5- Transfer 1/4 of the cranberries and pecans to a round bakeware (Preferably the same size as the brie cheese). 6- Place the brie cheese on top. 7- Add the rest of the cranberries and pecans on top. 8- Place the bakeware back into the oven and continue baking for 7 to 10 more minutes. 8- Add the orange marmalade and spread to cover the surface.
