3.5 oz (99g) Biscuits (Petit Beurre) 4 oz (113g) Unsalted Butter 1/2 Cup Confectioners Sugar 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened) 1 Egg PREPARATIONS: 1- Crumble the biscuits. DIRECTIONS: 1- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. 2- Stir in confectioners sugar and cocoa powder to the butter. 3- Beat an egg and add to the mixture. 4- Over medium-low heat, heat the mixture for 5 minutes. 5- Turn off the heat, stir in crumbled biscuits. 6- Transfer the mixture on a parchment paper. 7- Roll the paper and shape the batter into a cylinder shape. 8- Keep the cake in refrigerator for 2 hours. 9- Serve cold.
