ASIAN SALAD

6 oz (170g) Red Cabbage 5 oz (142g) Green Cabbage 3 oz (85g) Carrot 3.5 oz (100g) Broccoli 0.5 oz (14g) Cilantro 1 oz (28g) Almonds 1 Tbsp Ginger 2 Garlic Cloves 2 Tbsp Honey 3 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar 1/4 Cup Olive Oil 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce Black Sesame Seeds Chow Mein Noodles Preparations: 1- Chop the green cabbage, red cabbage and broccoli. 2- Grate the carrot and fresh ginger. 3- Mince the cilantro. 4- Fine slice the almonds. Directions: 1- Combine the chopped cabbages, broccolis, carrots, cilantro, almonds in a large bowl. 2- Add black sesame seeds and chow mein noodles. SAUCE 3- Mash the garlic cloves into a separate container. 4- Add the grated ginger, honey, white rice vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, and 2 tbsp water. 5- Stir thoroughly. 6- Add the sauce to the salad.
