3 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour 10 oz (283g) Mushrooms 1 Onion 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese 2 Garlic Cloves 2 Garlic Cloves 1/4 oz (7g) / 2 Tsp Instant Yeast 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 3 Tbsp Olive Oil 2 Tsp Salt 3 Tbsp Olive Oil Curry Seasoning Curry Seasoning Italian Seasoning Italian Seasoning Crushed Red Pepper Dried Rosemary Dried Oregano Salt, Black Pepper Preparations: 1- Dice the onion. 2- Slice the mushrooms. Directions: DOUGH 1- Combine instant yeast and salt (2 tsp) with 1.5 cup warm water. 2- Stir in olive oil (3 tbsp). 3- Whisk in the flour gradually. 4- Knead the dough for 7 to 10 minutes. 5- Grease a container with olive oil and transfer the dough onto the container. 6- Cover the container and set aside for an hour or until the dough doubles in size. FILLING 7- Fry the onions with olive oil (2 tbsp) until golden. 8- Stir in curry seasoning, crushed red pepper, dried rosemary and dried oregano. 9- Mash 2 garlic cloves into the pot. 10- Add the mushrooms, add salt and stir well. 11- Continue heating for 3 to 5 more minutes. 12- Grease a springform pan with olive oil. 13- Drizzle flour over the greased pan. 14- Divide the dough in half. 15- Roll the dough out and cover the pan surface thoroughly. 16- Using a fork, poke holes into the dough. 16- Stir in the parmesan cheese to the filling (mushroom mixture), and transfer the filling over the dough. 17- Roll out the rest of the dough and cover the filling. Poke holes into the dough. GLAZE 18- In a separate container, Mash fresh garlic cloves (2). 19- Add black pepper, dried rosemary, Italian seasoning, olive oil (2 Tbsp), and still thoroughly. 20- Glaze the dough with the mixture. 21- Preheat oven to 375º F (190º C), Bake the bread for 35 minutes.
