1/2 Tsp Black Pepper 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon 1 Tsp Caraway Seeds 1 Tsp Angelica Ground 1 Tsp Ground Lemon Omani 1/4 Tsp White Cardamom 1 Tsp Black Cardamom 1 Tsp Green Cardamom 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg 1 Tsp Star Anise 1 Tsp Coriander Seeds 1 Tsp Turmeric PREPARATIONS: 1- Separate cardamom (black, white and green) seeds from the skin. 2- Grate the nutmeg. DIRECTIONS: 1- Place all of the ingredients in a grinder. 2- Grind until well ground. 3- Sifter the ground seasoning to make sure all the ingredients are well ground.
