ROASTED GARLIC

1 Garlic (Whole) 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Salt, Ground Chili Pepper, Dried Basil 1 French Bread Roll PREPARATIONS: 1- Cut off the garlic's top and peel the outer layers until it reaches to the last layer. 2- Slice the french bread roll. DIRECTIONS: 1- Place each garlic on a 12" x 12" aluminum foil. 2- Pour olive oil on top. 3- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and dried basil. 4- Wrap the aluminum foil around and seal the top. 5- Preheat oven to 400º F (204º C), Roast the garlic for half an hour. 6- Heat the sliced french roll in 350º F (177º C) oven for 10 minutes. 7- Remove the garlic from oven and allow to cool down before handling. (fully roasted garlic cloves will slide out of the shell with a small pressure). 8- Spread few garlic cloves over a bread slice.
