1/3 Cup All Purpose Flour 2/3 Cup (3 oz / 85g) Walnuts 1 Egg 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar (Confectioners Sugar) 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder 1/8 Tsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon Powder PREPARATIONS: 1- Grind walnuts. DIRECTIONS: 1- Beat an egg until stiff. 2- Stir in powdered sugar, baking powder, Vanilla extract, and ground walnuts. 3- Gradually, add flour and whisk until thoroughly mixed. 4- Stir in cinnamon powder. 5- Cover a cookie pan with parchment paper. 6- Transfer a spoon of the batter over the parchment paper. 7- Preheat oven to 350º F (177º C), cook the cookies for 10 minutes.
