6 oz (170g) Shrimps 2 Eggs 1/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 0.5 oz (14g) Green Onions 2 Tbsp Chipotle Sauce 1 Onion 2 Garlic Cloves 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter Turmeric, Paprika, Curry Powder Preparation: 1- Clean and devein the shrimps. 2- Chop the green onions. Directions: 1- Fry the onions with butter until golden. 2- Stir in turmeric, paprika, and curry powder. 3- Add the shrimps and continue frying for few more minutes. 4- Mash in the garlic cloves. 5- Stir in chipotle sauce. 6- In a separate bowl, Beat eggs until fluffy. 7- Stir in heavy whipping cream and continue whisking. 8- Add the parmesan cheese and green onions. Stir thoroughly. 9- Add the mixture to the fried shrimps. 10- Continue heating for 5 more minutes.
