1 lb (454g) Beef Hot Dogs 1 and 1/2 Cup Rice 1 and 1/2 Cup Beef Stock 2 oz (57g) Italian Parsley 2 oz (57g) Bell Pepper 1 Small Onion 1 Garlic Clove 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Curry Powder http://www.aashpazi.com/stew-seasoning 1/2 Tsp Salt Preparations: 1- Dice the onion and bell pepper. 2- Mince the parsley. 3- Slice the hot dogs. Directions: 1- Fry the onions with vegetable oil (2 tbsp) until translucent. 2- Stir in the bell peppers and continue frying for few more minutes. 3- Add the hot dogs and mash a garlic clove on top. 4- Garnish with curry powder and stir thoroughly. 5- Keep frying until the hot dogs are fried. 6- Meanwhile, Combine rice with beef stock in a large pot. 7- Stir in vegetable oil (1/4 cup) and salt. 8- Over medium heat, Simmer for 10 minutes. 9- Transfer the hot dogs mixture over the rice and top with minced parsley. 10- Cover the pot with a napkin and a lid. 11- Over low heat, cook the rice for 35 to 40 minutes. 12- Stir well before serving.
