1/2 lb (227 g) Ground Beef 1/2 Bunch Basil 1 Egg 2 Garlic Cloves 2/3 oz (20 g) Ginger Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Ground Sumac, Persian Spice Mix (Advieh) 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp Orange Juice 1 Tsp Brown Sugar 2 Tbsp Barbecue Sauce PREPARATIONS: 1- Mince the basil. DIRECTIONS: 1- Combine minced basil, an egg, ground beef in a large bowl. 2- Mash garlics and ginger into the bowl. 3- Add salt, black pepper powder, ground sumac, Persian spice mixed (as preferred). 4- Add bread crumbs, stir until well mixed. 5- Make 2 to 3 inch meatball and place them on a baking rack. 6- Preheat the oven to 400 F (204 C), bake the meatballs for 25 minutes. Preparing the marinate 7- Mix soy sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, BBQ sauce in a pot, stir. 8- Bring the mixture to boil over medium heat and simmer until thickened. 9- Dip the meatballs in the sauce.
