QUINCE JAM
5 Quinces 4 Cups Sugar 1 Tsp Citric Acid (Or Lemon Juice) PREPARATIONS: 1- Skin the quinces and remove the seeds. 2- Slice the quinces in small cube shapes. DIRECTIONS: 1- Place the sliced quinces in a big pot. 2- Add 4 cups of sugar to the pot. 3- Cover the pot with a lid and keep it in a refrigerator for 24 hours. 4- Remove the pot from the refrigerator and simmer it over low heat for three hours. Note: Keep the pot Covered with a lid all time. 5- Add 1 tsp citric acid (or lemon juice) to the pot and put the lid back on. 6- Turn the heat off and let it cool down for 30 minutes. 7- Keep the jam in the refrigerator.
