5 oz (142g) Asparagus 3.5 oz (100g) Mini Puff Pastry Sheets
Puff pastry dough
3.5 oz (100g) Mozzarella Cheese 1 oz (28g) Parmesan Cheese Olive Oil Salt, Black Pepper Prepration: None. Directions: 1- Place the puff pastry sheets of a cookie pan covered with parchment paper. 2- Cut half way through the dough's edge (one inch). 3- Poke the center part of the dough with a fork. 4- Preheat oven to 400º F (204º C), bake the pastry dough for 10 minutes. 5- Remove the pastry from the oven. 6- Fill up the center with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. 7- Lay as many asparagus as fits over the top. 8- Garnish with salt and pepper. 9- Brush the pastry with olive oil. 10- Place the pastries back in oven and continue baking for another 10 to 15 minutes.
