KALE SALAD
6 oz (170g) Kale 6 oz (170g) Brussel Sprouts 3.5 oz (100g) Broccoli 8 oz (227g) Cabbage 1/3 Cup Dried Cranberries 3.5 oz (100g) Raw Pumpkin Seeds 1/2 Tsp Yellow Mustard Seeds 1 Tsp Poppy Seeds 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 Tbsp Sugar 1/2 Tsp Salt Preparations: 1- Chop the kale, cabbage, brussel sprouts, and broccoli. 2- Grind the mustard seeds. Directions: 1- Transfer the kale, cabbage, sprouts and broccoli onto a big salad bowl. 2- Add dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds. POPPY SEED SAUCE 3- Combine mayonnaise with white wine vinegar, sugar and salt. 4- Stir in the ground mustard seeds, olive oil and poppy seeds. Continue stirring until well mixed.
