4 oz (113g) Cream Cheese 4 oz (113g) Mozzarella Cheese 4 - 6 Jalapeño Peppers 2 oz (57g) Green Onions Bacon (Pork or Turkey) Black Pepper Preparations: 1- Cut and core the jalapeños. 2- Mince the green onions. Directions: 1- Combine cream cheese and green onions in a large bowl. 2- Add black pepper and mozzarella cheese. 3- Combine the ingredients thoroughly. 4- Fill up the jalapeños with the mixture. 5- Wrap a bacon around the jalapeno tight and secure with a toothpick. 6- Preheat oven to 370º F (190º C), Broil the jalapeno wraps for 15 minutes or more.
